By selecting ‘I have completed my portfolio as required.’ I understand that I’m confirming MY portfolio for the WAKO GB ICC is completed in full and has ALL necessary documentation in it, Including (but not limited to); Supervision Policy, Risk Assessments, Supervision Policy, Certificates for ‘in-date’ Insurance & various qualifications.
I understand that the assessing parties for the WAKO GB ICC have not seen my portfolio at this time but I am / my club is subject to a ‘spot check’ at any given time and therefore declare that this statement (I have completed my portfolio as required’) is true.
PLEASE NOTE: A completed portfolio IS Required to pass this course.
